CHEESECAKE
If I love cookie dough and cheesecake,you gotta make this asap
It has a no-bake cookie dough bas (that's totally safe to eat),a Vanilla, Chocolate chip cheesecake filling, topped with chocolate ganache, whipped cream, cookie balls and chocolate chips!
All you need is:
Cookie dough:
110g Unsalted Butter
50g Granulated Sugar
100g Light brown Sugar
30ml milk
1tsp vanilla
160g Plain flour, heat treated (see blow)
1/2 tsp salt
100g chocolate
Set aside 1/3 of the cookie dough to roll into tiny balls for the topping.
Cheesecake:
480ml double cream,cold (save 1/4 for the topping)
500g cream cheese,room temp
120g icing sugar
1tps Vanilla extract
100g mini choco chips
Ganache topping:
150g dark chocolate (or choco chip)
150ml double cream,hot (microwave on high for 1 min 30s)
Tin size: 8* springfrom pan
To heat treat to the flour-place in a bowl and cover,then microwave on high for 1 min 20 sec, Stirring frequency. Allow to cool fully before using
